Secondary Check (2 of 3)

  • Gather information about your victim. Be as detailed as possible as you will be required to provide this information to the paramedics.

 

  • Use SAMPLE to check for the following:
    • Signs/Symptoms
    • Allergies
    • Medications
    • Past medical history
    • Last oral intake
    • Events leading to the injury or illness
